BRIAN HERE ~ Good Afternoon FAY ~ Evening Class tonight so a Free Afternoon ! Pleased you enjoyed the Poem & Presentation ! We have about £50k saved for the deposit and we should get a Mortgage on our joint incomes ! We would both like a CAT (a DOG would be impractical !) all we need is a Catflap in the Kitchen Door and and a Timed Feeder and a Good Cattery for Holidays ~ do you agree ? There are quite a few 3 bed properties (under £300k) near the College & the Hospital so we are starting to look (in earnest) this weekend and we have a *request* advert in the Church Magazines ! Seniors are often wanting to downsize and looking for a buyer without a CHAIN ! Thanks for your support !

I liked the bit about the pussy cat. But I disliked all those capital letters. And, Essex is very boring, except for the bits which are awful, like Jaywick Sands and Clacton. Even Frinton is moving downmarket a bit these days.
