Lord, Communion this rich fare
Which you provide, here we partake
Strengthen us for your own sake
Help us focus, and remember
Hearts, minds afresh to you stir
To seek first your kingdom, your will
Guard us, guide, through good and ill
Spirit fill us, give all we need
With your heavenly food feed
Such as us, and water of life
Quench our thirst and calm our strife
We cannot come, save you invite
Us, you of the world its Light
So sustained, empowered, refreshed
We continue each day blessed
