May today turn it all around or be another step towards higher ground.
May the things you did or didn't do,
Clear from the mind with altitude
May what others say or think, rub off of you to better your ink
For this may all be in a wish, it got granted when you choose to exist

LOL at 'choose to exist'. Does someone give us a choice.
The real choice is whether we as individuals dwell upon lifes hardships and sad yesterdays OR we cheer up an d get on with enjoying life and all the beautiful stuff around us.
Absolutely my friend but I would say from miscarriages to friends suicide, I think there is Choice somewhere..
Always appreciated
Look into a strangers face... what do you see.... do you see his torture, his loss, his pains, his burdens? Are they on display... is he showing you these or is he another man....just a stranger.... one more face in the crowd.... noble and carrying a mass of burdens you will never see.... Do you walk this life thinking you are exceptional?.. the only bearer of burdens and past sadness? All around are what we might call 'brave faces' for they are a disguise. They are the noble and acceptable display contrived of tortured souls.
The real choice is to either look and act like a tortured soul.... but for what purpose? ... OR ... to be a brave face.
Wow, I could feel the motivation in this, you must of played some exquisite music...
That I could not even think of another word, and as I checked the meaning I felt your spirit, gentle and powerful perfectly exquisitely you!
Thank my friend for being unperfectly perfectly you!
I feel motivated 🌹
Glad to pass it back....
Much peace and respect
Always appreciated
