I tried to share a fusion write yesterday
To give you the news of his passing away
For today is a very sad day, knowing I'll not feel that vibe again
A legend with an open heart, over the years we shared a path
Open and raw in all of he's words, leaving us wanting more
I thank him for his authenticity and ability to shine
A poet, a writer, a beautiful soul that will be miss for ever more
Thanks for giving us all your thoughts and support
I only wish I could of given it right back to keep you on track
You helped me more than you'll ever know
See you soon one day I hope, thanks for give us your show
I'm doing this freely because every thought makes cry, trying to rap my head around why!
5 years ago I joined this site, soon I read a man words that filled me with delight
Later he told me he's condition of health, just wanting to unload all of his hell
He ment so much to me, a light of words when my were lost at sea
I've just read he's last post and comment he made on my work
I've listened to our voice messages from December, saying we should meet up
Now I've learned that will stay in my heart, as he's spirit is a drift
Until we meet on the other side my friend, I'll never drop my pen
You are truly missed already!

What a wonderful tribute to a superb poet, he will be missed very much by us all.
We must all carry on to respect his memory.
RIP Kevin, I will meet you in time.
Andy
Thank you, it's still a bit hard for me to absorb but I'm sure he is going to continue to help us all shine on the words and books he left.
Take care my friend
Dan, such sad news.
Kevin was a true 'one off'. He had a unique style to his poetry which we would see regularly. Often not easy to read and follow his words but very rewarding when you took the time. An innate ability to create a mood and transfer his message to you from between the lines rather than express directly.
Like many of you here, I shall miss his writing and valued comments.
I wish you well as you move to the great beyond poet friend.
So many words and tears my friend, he spoke as all was fine. I truly glad I got to hear his voice, thank you for your kind words!
Dan I am so sorry to read this, I hope people keep reading his poetry. Such sad news to find today. Much love to his family and friends at this very sad time
To be honest the more the day goes on the more I feel the only thing certain in life is death.
The emotions he made me feel will never fade until I do but he's words I think will be lost, as life goes on, with our without us!
Thank you so much for the comment, sorry I have negative vibe.
Always appreciate your time

PD, I am so sorry to hear that Kevin passed, but his words will keep on living. We all only have a short time on this beautiful earth, but I am sure we will all be together again on that hopefully even more beautiful 'other side'! Thank you for your tribute!

See you on the other side
Poetic Dan,
I’m so sorry to read about Kevin’s passing. I knew he was very sick, but I never expected to read this today. I do have his poetry books to read. He was very proud of his published work! Most of all he made his Mother proud. That was his ultimate wish!
May he Rest In Peace!
~Laura~
