How Wrong Could I Be

markziff

You were the one,
How wrong could I be,
I knew in my heart,
As soon as I did see.

The more I knew you,
The closer we became,
The more my poor heart held you,
I felt I could never be the same.

Now so hopeless,
Alone evermore,
Now so empty,
Without my one true amore.

Thank you. I had felt such hope she was the one, but just guess I wasn't hers. 😔
