Circles not spirals

Saxon Crow

Empty space, Empty time

What once was yours now is mine

Forgotten thoughts and carelss words

Make this into a life absurd

Round and round this spinning orb

Choices made, made before

No room for growth or something new

Imagination lost, lost from view

When lie is truth and truth is lie

No longer taught to question why

When who am I has no meaning

We are taught to doubt our very feelings

So round and round this spinning orb

Trudging through a life absurd

But at least we can see we are not alone

Each of us missing home

Or something once that felt alive

Something we could say was mine

If you stop trudging around your world and stop for a moment clarity will come to you and your life ahead will be there for you to enjoy.
