‘ Life is a bitch’ you hear a lot
Some of us take for granted what we’ve got
Time heals all wounds people say
Sometimes it’s hard to get through one day
Life has its ups and life has it’s downs
Some spend theirs with less smiles
more frowns
Life can come at you fast
Some just dont want it to last
‘You only live once’ I ve been told
Some choose not to grow old
Life should be filled with happiness and love
Some would like to fly away like a dove
Loved ones are their when you’re low
Sometimes loved ones are fed up and go
Life is a gift that keeps on giving
Some aren’t sure that it’s worth living

Life certainly is worth living, even at my age I can look back and look at the wonders of my life and look forward to the wonders that are still awaiting me.
