Tune: Tallis' Evening Hymn
('All praise to thee, my God this night')
*********
Where we be gathered in each night
Help us recall those out of sight
The poor, the weak, vulnerable
You have on them compassion all
And too we share in ministry
Your lowly servants may we be
Though we cannot meets needs of all
Help us hear where you to us all
So share some light, Lord, it of you
That others see in us Christ true
Not of ourselves the honours take
Give you glory for your name's sake
That in each thing done to needy
It shall as if done to Christ be
We pray your light shine through us bright
Give peace to all through every night

MY light is always with me and it does not come from Jesus.

Orchie, this beautiful poem is very up to date considering the terrible refugee situation not only in Greece, but everywhere.
Thanks Fred.
Unfortunately even with a night light, everything these days is such a haze... but I appreciate the thought Steven... thanks.
