Tune: Malvern
(one tune to 'Jesus, where'er thy people meet')
Matthew 15 v.29-31
*********
Jesus came near Sea [of] Galilee
Went up into a mount did He
And sat down there, many people
Brought sick, infirm unto Him all
There were the lame, the dumb, the blind
And too midst crowd the maimed* we find (*crippled)
With many others, and they placed
Them at Jesus' feet, Him they face
And he did heal them, great wonders
Blessings upon them He confers
The people did wonder, marvel
As Jesus dealt with ailments all
For He did make the lame to walk
And too the dumb to speak and talk
The maimed to be whole, fully fit
The blind did see, their way was lit
So praise and thanks, they glorified
Him, healings could not be denied
And God His Father too they praised
For His fine workings there displayed

Nice one … I could certainly use one of those miracles, or two actually …
I would my way be lit..
Cheers,
Neville
Thanks Neville. One never knows - unless we disbelieve in miracles entirely, then we sort of cancel them out, whether for ourselves or for others, I think.
Good one Orchi.
Thanks Dove.
