INCREASINGLY LADIES ARE TRAINING & SECURING EMPLOYMENT IN OCCUPATIONS ~ IN SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY ~ THAT WERE ONCE *A MALE ONLY DOMAIN* THE POEM FOCUSES ON THE % INCREASE IN FEMALE STUDENTS IN THESE AREAS.  THE VISUAL SHOWS A LADY WORKING ON SOLAR ENERGY.

PERSONALLY I encourage Ladies to study Science.

I visit Schools to talk about my JOB* and the pre-entry qualifications.

Numbers are increasing with all our compliance !

In every Science sphere ~ including Builder - BOB

Ladies studying Science ~ increasing year on year

Percentage in parenthesis ~ shows increased Ladies on the JOB !

Ladies are designing Electric Cars and studying Pneumatics

Engineering - Medicine & Biology (5)

Four percent increase in Building & Mathematics !

Chemistry & Physics have increased by one percent

Females in Medical Ancillaries increased to the same extent !

*MY JOB is a PHYSIOTHERAPIST ~ for A-levels I studied Psychology - Biology & Chemistry and then for a degree in PHYSIOTHERAPY. It is a very interesting job assisting people to regain mobility & manual dexterity after surgery. For Older Clients we work hand in hand with Occupational Therapists. I am a qualified Tutor for the Hands-on aspects of PHYSIOTHERAPY which includes Exercise - Massage & Hydrotherapy etc.  It is a very interesting & rewarding Profession ~ AMEN
