      The kind of wealth beyond anything fiscal never depends on public revenue for retaining the richness of spirit meant - so who can say Nay to your reasonable question dear Nev. ? - -- such treasure is permanent and goes where its owner goes. - - well that's what methinks after pondering your welcome posting my friend.
