Walk On.

Goldfinch60

“Walk on,” he said,

But I was walking,

Walking as fast as I could!

“Walk on,” he said

I turned to him

“I am walking!” I said

“Walk on”, he said

He said to his dog!

Was that the partner of that woman who was saying 'Hello' the other day?!

    • Goldfinch60

Knowing my luck it probably was !

Doh! So you got Hello, possibly Goodbye (her other dog?) and Walk On. You won't know if you're coming or going!

with hope in your arms and you'll never walk alone.... you'll nev.…..

        Nice one GF60...

So true Neville, when my wife was in the care home they had a singalong once a week, I used to go along to that to help them and whenever they played that song it became my solo for the home.

A & B here - Coloured boiled eggs for breakfast - Tradition ! Good Easter Sunday. Nothing quite like a bit of Gershwin to lift the Spirits on yet another *COVID 19 DAY* Many Seniors - lockedown & alone - thank GOD for DOG for companionship & walkies.
Love the droll poem ! A doggone case of mistaken identity - We guess.

Blessings & Peace to You & Yours
          Love Angela & Brian 💛💛💛💛💛

Thank you A and B. Apparently there is a guy who has a museum of Gershwin music and he reckons there are still four or five hundred unpublished compositions in it.

            Have a good Easter.

            Andy

Two goldfish in a bowl... which one's called bob
Funny how we need our eyes to listen properly?

            Excellent Andy
            Happy Easter

            HEEL !

Ha ha, now am i calling out an instruction to a dog or calling the dog owner a name?

            Get thee behind me satnav.

What a lovely thing our language is. Did you hear about the dyslexic devil worshipper who sold his soul to santa?
