I*ll be privileged to be back at work tomorrow (Orthopedic & Physio) supporting all the NHS Staff in their 24/7 Battle against CORVID 19. The normal day-to-day work of a Hospital has to go on. Operations have been postponed but there are still those - injured in accidents - who require orthopedic surgery and consequent Physiotherapy to restore & maintain manual dexterity & mobility. One increasingly depressing statistic is the dozens of Medical Staff (some of whom came back out of retirement) Worldwide who have contracted C - 19 and are now deceased. Please pray for them and their Families at this depressing time - Thank You - ANGELA & BRIAN 💛💛💛💛💛💛💛

Support for others is key to it all. I am posting a weekly challenge by way of photos to my local art group (approx 25 members) who then paint their version of the image. Most of the members are well beyond retirement age and it provides them with something to help ease the loneliness and boredom of lockdown and a means of keeping in regular contact with each other. It's not easy as most need some help with technology in things like posting their responses to the group and I am sorting out issues on a daily basis. However I am getting so many responses including photos of members painting at home that it makes it all worthwhile. We'll even be able to hold our own exhibition of the members work when this is all over.
