Lawless

Poetic Dan

Throughout my life this protection has not done me much good.

From child protection and the war on drugs, it didn't stop the mental madness or alcohol tearing things up.

I've now been a child and father for justice, each with there own set of rules. Nothing ever takes in to account the god dam individual, you may even hear the words "I wish things were different"

In my world they are as different as can be, like still putting on a record or stepping into a teleport machine. Common sense should be a given, if not this world will see you off!

Our spirits have their laws, I've never invited you to my front door. So no matter the clothing that's warn or the writing on the wall.

What's needed is already born...

  • Comment from author about the poem: This was written yesterday and I'm still stuck on this wave, I had to fight for the right to leave home when I was told I was to young, then years on to keep my right to see my children. Today I still feel I have to take in the world, when the police stop me and told me what the advice is...we quickly concluded its not the law and that they are doing makes no sense but even if it was I don't go against my own moral compass..

We all have to respect the law, otherwise society will collapse. It's a nice idea to think we could handle society without law in the world but frankly there are too many people doing daft things to make that even a sensible suggestion. Like recording a video whilst driving a car for instance.... multiply that up and you'll end up with catastrophe.
By and large the laws of this country are there to protect.

Ha ha, well spotted my friend don't they call they things by laws don't they... I'm afraid I don't think will all kill ourselves because of no law....

Sorry had to send mid writing... But laws are what we make them... All of them!

It is the people who are forever doing wrong that makes the law become stronger, if all people would just be good it may be different.

Ha and there it is my friend as some see it bad to drive at 5mph with a phone in your hand lol.... Who are we to judge, this ball just get thrown around...

...and there are so many laws still on the books from I don't know when that today make no sense whatsoever! I am sure we are breaking laws every day without even knowing it. The only way politicians can prove they did not sleep all day is by coming up with new laws all the time. 🙂
