ONE OF THE POSITIVE OUTCOMES OF COVID 19 IN THE UK ~ Has been the outpouring of LOVE & COMPASSION ~ not just for the NHS & KEY WORKERS but also for EACH OTHER ! We have all rallied round to support the ELDERLY (70+) and the vulnerable in our Local Communities. We Hope and Pray that these two characteristics (also highlighted on the Isle of Man Postage Stamps) will persist long after COVID 19 has been consigned to Medical History. Perhaps EVERY THURSDAY NIGHT should be a PAN BANGING occasion to respect & remember the NHS & Key Workers who helped us survive this PANDEMIC !

Head & Brain injuries are a life changing blow especially for Young People. They are often caused by Cycle & Motorcycle & Car accidents so all of us are susceptible. HEADWAY is a National Charity for the Rehabilitation of People who have suffered Brain Injury. We have about 600 cases in Essex. It is a Charity that Brian & I support. Restoring Peoples PSYCHOMOTOR skills is very important. For their Fundraising Headway rely a lot on *EVENTS* like the London Marathon & Gala Dinners etc. All of these are in LOCKDOWN ~ Please watch the VIDEO and support your Local Headway ~ THANKS,

ANGELA HERE (On my Lunch Break 1 - 2 pm) Thanks for your droll response ! Yes the ME Society in morphing into a more THOU & THEE Society - Brits are even picking vegetables ! I am programmed to write *BRIAN* so I find that *BRAIN* transposes from the MS to the Keyboard - have amended line 3 thanks. Brian misses his work (especially the Beauty Therapy Students !) BUT he makes an excellent *Esposo de Casa* *HOUSE HUSBAND* He is not only a *Food Scientist* but an excellent Chef as well. Everything is cooked *Al Dente* and his knowledge of the complementariousness between Wine & Food is improving. PAPA has said he will let Brian accompany Me in the Complmentary British Food & Spanish Wine Talk when the Food Fairs open up again. Papa considers the Fullness of Spanish Wines is a perfect accompaniment to British Cuisine and He convinces Most People (including Brians Training Restaurant) that CAVA is superior to Prosecco or Champagne with UK Canapes.
