Tune: St Stephen
('In Christ there is no east or west')
Psalm 36 v.5-10
*********
Your mercy, LORD, in heavens is
Your faithfulness, sure this
We know reaches unto the clouds
Your love, it earth enshrouds
Your righteousness is like great mounts
Your judgements flow from founts
They are a great deep, ocean wide
In you we do confide
You preserve man and beast, an thy
Trust in you, you their stay
How excellent your mercies be
Loving-kindness to me
And so, O God, children of men
Trust in you, now as then
Through days past and that present are
You are our guiding star
They trust in shadow of your wings
And give you praise, song rings
You satisfy them and provide
In light you do reside
For with you is the fountain sure
Of life for evermore
In your light shall we see light, do
Constant us still renew
