Almighty

Shij

From tall standing trees,
To the very small formed bees,

From waves that come crashing down from a height,
To the gentle current who can no doubt compete in might,

From the candy floss formed cloud,
To the luscious green carpet laid out on the ground,

From flowers that sway,
To the nectar they produce out and lay,

From a prayer mat we pray,
To an Almighty who doesn’t slumber nor sleep whether it be night or day!

  • Comment from author about the poem: This poem is basically about my love for my faith, Almighty being Allah. Iā€™m muslim but this can hopefully relate to anyone of any faith! I hope you guys find it a good read, if not then thank you for taking the time out to read it. I also like to paint sketch the odd thing here and there so I uploaded a sketch I did a while ago of the word Allah in Arabic.

We each have a Spirit that we follow in our lives, mine is always with me and when I leave this earth My Spirit will always be with me.
