Tune: Woodlands
('Tell out my soul')
************
Through woodland's glades, a leafy canopy
God's creation shown here expressively
Linger a while, this beauty to behold
As passing seasons they do here unfold
Back to nature, and ramblings on the way
If sunny skies, or even damp and grey
Peace outwardly and inwardly we sense
Of God, and of His creative presence
And so a tune springs up within our heart
Some melody we now begin, we start
Tracing the path through greenery, and so
Too flow of babbling brook we may know
Wildlife unspoilt, take time to pause and rest
Chance to be restored, soul strengthened and blest
Squirrels, rabbits, birds, here be your abode
No human damage or corruption sowed
Help us to care, Lord, we your caretakers
You the Creator, of all the Maker
They joys of nature, colours, seasons here
Until you return in full glory clear

He even got down and created the moss
i guess you could say that makes him the boss
but the secret he gave us we keep close to our chests
cos our top of the legs furry bits are simply the best
you can shake 'em and wiggle 'em and wave them about
but if u get kicked there it don't half make you shout
so all in all he gave us pleasure and pain
so you have to admit - life's a funny old game!
Thanks dusk. lol.
I feel the need to walk through the forest and meadows with my trusty Canon ready to capture nature at every turn. Great write Orchi.
Thanks AP. What you doing carting weapons around forests - cannons?! lol. But yes, worth taking pics.
When I shoot, I shoot with a Canon Orchi. Glad to hear from you 'ole boy.
Nature is there for us all to enjoy and i certainly so do.
Andy
Thanks Andy. Mind the manure on the trips near cow fields! A public path run through such a field. No other way through, and not fenced off for a good 8 minutes or so walk.
