- Angela here ! Thanks for your comment Uncle Mike ! One theme running through the Book of Proverbs is that of FOOLS ! The Mantra is *In every Society there will allways be FOOLS*. Not people of LOW IQ (some of them are quite WISE) but people who act STUPIDLY and always flout *Rules & Regulations*. We - who are Responsible Citizens - always act sensibly ! For our own GOOD and the GOOD of thers - AMEN. Now that Im married Im discovering that it is the Ladies who have a monopoly on Common Sense.
