Do you remember?

PoeticBiscuit

Do you remember?

Back in our teenage days,

Under the blue sky we’d laugh all day.

Do you remember?

Back on those sunny days,

Outside my house the garden we made.

Do you remember?

Back before the old age,

That tiny little park that we always played.

You don’t remember.

Because the blue sky is starting to grey.

You don’t remember.

Because the flowers are starting to fade.

You don’t remember.

The park is gone and a highway paved.

But I’ll still remember,

Till my life finally goes away.

I’ll always remember,

That promise we made.

To remember.
