Tune: Engelberg
('All praise to the, for thou, O King divine')
************
Peace, my heart, and peace unto my mind too
Ponder on God's treasures, they old and new
Carry His presence within, all times be
His witness constantly
Many necessary tasks, daily life
Yet attend to them without trouble, strife
Let not any fears alarm, disturb here
Know God's presence is near
Grow in this communion, steady flow
With spiritual understanding Him know
More and more, Him revealing of Himself
His blessings, heavenly wealth
Vanities in the world aplenty are
Sadly we do not have to seek them far
Faith arises from within, for bar none
God reigns, Sovereign One

- Comment from author about the poem: A hymn-poem in 10.10.10.6. metre. I don't have dates, but found out some un-posted poems. This one is from some 800 poems ago, based on a piece written some 1,800 poems ago. Or maybe 'years ago', as I'm very old, so I say. lol.
