Littered with Masks.

Goldfinch60

They hang on people wrists,

Are stuffed in pockets,

Around people’s necks,

Over people’s faces.

You see them everywhere,

In the sea,

On the ground,

Littering so many places.

Yes we have been told,

Been told to wear them

To protect others,

Others around us.

But why do they litter,

Litter our world.

Do we now not care,

Not care for our world.

We have enough trouble,

Trouble with plastic,

But now we heading,

Heading towards another problem

Where the world in being littered,

Littered with masks.

BRIAN HERE ~ Good Wednesday Uncle Andy ~ Thanks for sharing the Flash Choir & Orchestra (Beethovens - Ode to JOY) we love them !
Its true what you say about masks. Angela is vey fussy about keeping - wearing & disposing of them ! WE keep ours in old glasses cases and dipose of them hygeinically. Like Ciggy Packets etc etc People just throw them everywhere - Some Poeple hav no Social Conscience. It wouldnt be tolerated in SINGAPORE - Litter Free Regime ! Discarded masks will spread COLDS & FLU etc etc - Very Nasty !

Blessings & Peace to YOU & YOURS
      Love Angela - Brian - Smokey ! ! !

Angela , great idea placing discards in old eye glass holder! Not sure why mask end up on the ground, I can’t imagine it’s deliberate, shame on people if the rightly do so!

        Best to you Andy
