Burden Bearers And Sharers

Tune: Servant Song

('Brother, sister, let me serve you')

Galatians 6 v.1-5

************

If one so be in a fault caught

You who [are] spiritual ought

To restore such one with meekness

Consider self too no less

In case you be tempted alos

Bear each others burdens, show

That you so law of Chrsit fulfil

Love, care for neighbour, no ill

For if one does thing he (she) something

When in truth he (she) is nothing

Such one does himself (herself) sure deceive

Of self does falsely believe

But let each one their own work prove

That it be firm, not remove

Then shall he (she) rejoice in self sole

And shall not others control

For each one shall their burden bear

And in others burdens share

Mutual help, love, care, and friendship

In God's service, we worship
