WHAT A MUPPET

Michael Edwards

WHAT A MUPPET

I said: ‘You’re weak you silly muppet’

he looked quite hurt and he replied

‘To prove you wrong I’ll kick this bucket’

and so he did and so he died.

    That's nothing short of excellent!

a wasp came a buzzin around
    makin that 'orrible sound
    so i folded my jotter
    to a nifty lil swatter
and smote it down to the ground

a spider dangled down from the ceiling
gave me that hackles up feeling
    all shakin with nerves
    a blow i then served
by the look of it the bugger aint healin

        Good write M.
Aww, I usually save spiders, but I may swat a swap at times.
The 'Spitting Image' new muppet/pupet of Boris is not too different from him in person! I don't mean mockingly. They've just overdone the mop of hair.

Life is fairly hectic at the moment so only have time to write these shorties - just need continual inspiration.
