Due to LOCKDOWN ~ Many are Lonely
And feel trapped forever ~ in the PAST !
What can we do to lift their Spirits ?
Those of us who live with a Fam*ly
Are Blessed ! We can phone the Lonely
Visit them ONE on ONE ~ Do Shopping
For them ! In our Church Fam*ly ~ we have
Rotas ~ To show how much we LOVE EACH OTHER !

We not only ensure that *Shut in* Seniors in our Church Family are cared for but also those in our Community. We have lived in our new Home for six months and have integrated into the Community. There are several Seniors (65*) who live on their own and have no Family living nearby. They love someone to pop in for a *Cup of Tea* ~ In the Garden WEARING Masks ! Those who are disabled often need *Something from the Shops !*. Due to this PANDEMIC I think we are ALL more aware of the NEEDS of People in *Our Own Communities* AMEN ! WE thank Uncle Andy *GOLDFINCH* for reminding US that often the Boot is on the other FOOT and it is *Fit & Active Seniors* helping the Bewitched - Bothered & Bewildered *Juniors* to cope - BECAUSE - they have never had to face the TRAUMAS of WW2 and its aftermath or National Service or the *Three Day Week* so this PANDEMIC is leaving them depressed & disillusioned ! Our MANTRA is *Where there is a NEED - meet it CHEERFULLY with Love & Empathy ~ AMEN !*

Some of us 'Seniors' , like myself, still help others in the community, not all seniors are weak.

ANGELA HERE - Thanks for reminding US Uncle ANDY - HELP in this Cruel Pandemic is Assistance *Giving & Receiving Each according to their NEEDS*. There are the Young some of whom are disabled or frightened to go out and value the HELP of ABLE SENIORS - Like YOURSELF - in this time of CRISIS ! We apologise if we implied that it was ONLY the SENIORS (70+) who needed Loves Touch @ this Time and only the JUNIORS (under 70) who could provide it. In our CHURCH FAMILY we all need TLC but some much more than others - especially now that the *Normal Services etc* are still suspended - due to a Second Wave of COVID 19 !

Did they get on St Paul's nerves? Tattlers, busybodies, interfering, etc.
Woof! Fido says I can't have slap but I can have tickle. lol.
GOOD SUNDAY ~ Uncle Steve - God does not discriminate even if PAUL does ! We are taught to care for everyone - with decorum ! We have to get CLOSE enough to COMFORT but not too close. Angela has a very *hands on* Job bout she IS tested every week and so far - Thank God -she is COVID free ! In the College we have very strict distancing RULES and the Beauty Therapy Students are massaging MANEKINS !

HOLA ROMANTICA - Angela Aqui ! Gracias por tu respuesta ! Due to covid 19 - everyone is having to work twice as hard and be twice as careful ! Older People are more susceptible and we do have to give them lots of TLC many are frightened they are going to DIE ! Those without a FAITH are much more scared of something they cant see but know is all around - SCARY
