Most believe that finding Love
In the scheme of things
Is grand
We all want someone to
Reach out to us and take
Our hand
But it can be elusive often
Blowing in the wind
Like sand

How true your final lines Lorna.- love is elusive and you rhyme the impact in this write so very well.
tis my most favouritest of four letter words, in the whole widest world ..
... and what an amazing song to accompany this little gem ...
I was only listening to good old Joan B earlier this wet n miserable mane ....

A fine write Lorna, on a slightly drizzly mane here. We had 'proper rain' last week!
Raining here too! Maybe you're not so far away!
Oooo, so true! Must by why a kiss in the rain feels so good, as it mash's our sand together! Maybe make a castle if you could!
So long since I've been to the beach - it isn't very accessible where I live. I've had a few kisses in the rain so haven't missed out there thank goodness.........
when we find love,it's because god is leading us by taking our hands, and joining our hearts to only one man
ANGELA here - Thanks for showcasing JOAN BAEZ - Pleased you liked my Choice !

Love can be elusive but once found it will never be lost and get stronger each day.

A four letter word - SING. OK, I will - for EVER. Another four letter word there! lol.
Oh no, they reply with other unprintable four letter words!
I purposely titled this one to upset Fido...............
nice rhyme scheme - elegantly simple in message and tone,
wonderful read
Thank you .... are you sure? Sometimes I think I'm a little too simple........... but I'm glad you enjoyed...... it's for fun isn't it.
