Have you ever been asked to take on an additional Responsibility at Work with no extra Pay or reduction in your normal role ? How have you coped with the Responsibility of being a Parent or a Grandparent ? We guess the latter is easier because at the end of the Day ~ You can send them back HOME ~ AMEN !

In some job descriptions, I think 'That looks like 2, or even 3, jobs to me' Dogsbody in other words. 'Woof! Not you Fido! (dogs. lol)

Well, one job description looked suspicious. Genuine, but hints of a dogsbody. It included the words 'Notifies Manger when stationery supplies are low'. Plus, probably, 'supplies of refreshments' - has to get the tea bags in, and the loo rolls. Well, someone has to! Doh!
Oh yes - I chaired the University Hospitals of Leicester Ethics committee, was Chairman of the (now defunct) Association of Litigation and Risk Managers, Chair if the Board of Governors of a local School, non-exec Director of a local charity, and all for no recompense. Brings back memories.
Good Evening Uncle Mike ~ You sound like Me we must have *A Chair Gene* Not only is there no remuneration ~ but one is often *Out of Pocket* in these *Hon Posts* I put it down to Noblesse Oblige !
