Poem, What I do not know.

AwHec8

There is 1 thing I do know in my own personal belief.

That there is a God of us all & that gives me such a relief.

“It’s God’s glory to conceal a matter & the glory of Kings to search out a matter.”

Knowing someone out somewhere is the very essence of what I desire.

That could fill this hole inside, so I go through life performing acts of a trier.

Ever seeking to prove this mystery is what I require.

Knowing that God left an answer, is what fills me up with an untold fire!

Of wanting to know the how or when or who or what or why am I here?

What is it in me that has God holding onto me, am I a peer?

Who am I to be thought of this way in God’s eyes so dear?

When is it God will say to come on Home, is it near?

How will I respond upon meeting the 1 who has a hold on me, do I fear?

What I don’t know!

What is my response to the 1 who is so high above.

My way of thought, especially within Love.

Will I remember my past to hang my head in shame?

Will God say no my Love, because I see you as the same?

Will God say welcome Home, finally hearing my true name!

  • Comment from author about the poem: The Biblical Narrative says in Christ we are Kings. So if we are Kings what is our mission in Life. Could it be that we are the only sentient beings in the whole universe for God to know what happened here? Why do we concern ourselves with petty arguments/debates when our mission is to Love and be Loved, Live and Learn, Grow and Grow Up, Sharing and Caring all of us together, individually and collectively. No Not like "1 is all and all is 1" as soon enough we will be interconnected with technology, you know all this techno crap (I mean seriously brain connected internet anyone?). Just a thought a theory

Looking for a meaning in an old book is wasting time. It's full of riddles suited to an old age when un educated man was gullible enough to regard a written word as true. God did not write those words of scripture, it was a man.
Do you think god created you for you to look for answers he held outside your understanding or did
he create you to do what men do?

Did god give a man a penis so that he can claim to be holy by being celibate or did he intent it for procreation?
Which one of those is natural and gods intent?

For me dusk arising God is written everywhere on this here Earth, where Man has not developed buildings, skyscrapers, roads, highways, etc, blotting out what our ancestors looked for in nature that showed God's written word is here and that there has to be a Creator (Oh and written in the Stars too). There are 5 steps in this Darwinism that absolutely cannot be explained away for myself. But I will list the most obvious for me, How pray tell did we go from animal with only instincts to sentient animals without some kind of supreme being who wrote the code for our mind's, body's to accept our spirit? Counting also God is written in our very DNA, once again who wrote the code? Something in nature never goes from less to more other than in a birth, once born (even Stars, Galaxy's this Universe) are constantly dying of old age, we even when born are dying from old age. Oh other than as Human Beings where we have the ability to Grow and Grow Up.

As far as am I right in my opinion absolutely Not! I hold maybe 1 key piece of information, you hold another, each and everyone of us holds the others. Why we fuss and fight over stupidity is beyond me (yes I am full of ignorance too). Imagine this,
On Carl Sagan’s “We Are a Way for the Cosmos to Know Itself?"
What IF WE are the Only Way for the Universe (God) to Know What Happened HERE!? In this most Magnificent, Unmeasurable, Unending, Infinite, Universe as far as we know we are the only chance for a Universe to know how Glorious it really is/was. Us, yes All of Us, nothing more than specks of dust on a tiny Planet called Earth with a medium sized Sun in a regular Solar System of countless Solar Systems in a relatively ubiquitous Galaxy. We are so insignificant, BUT for all we know we maybe the only chance for God to know what really happened Here in communing with Us.

Yes we are definitely meant to pro create as the act of sex is not only very pleasurable it is also a holy act if you ask me. Kind of the cherry on top of a relationship, marriage. Now do People have the right under God to be who they want to be and yes I mean LGTBQ or any other freedom, absolutely. Further I would say what person has the right to say to another what is or is not for them to do within consensual adult relationships? Oh and everything on this here Earth is for us to use as we see fit, God does expect us to use our God given Brains to decide what is "good" food what is junk food what is poisonous food in every sense of the word. That does go for food of the body, mind, spirit. Even more further I hold Life to be holy each and every Life from the moment of conception. Yet God does allow for termination of Life when the Mother is either physically or mentally unable to handle a pregnancy as God puts a little more emphasis on a Life well established (Mother) than that of a Life yet to be established (unborn). No you can't just murder your Baby's or Children. Now I could go on and on with what God says Yet it is only 1 part and sorry for the sermon but you asked some very good questions. And as usual I got carried away. Don
Now as far as being celibate, HELL NO! You do know I have 3 grown children, 6 grown grand children, 2 going to be 3 soon great grand children. And if I could find another Mrs Ex I would definitely be going for my 4th child even at my age or at least practicing, practicing, practicing!
