('When all thy mercies, O my God')

Isaiah 26 v.1-4

In the days of the LORD's kingdom

Judah shall sing, each one

We have a strong city, no end

That God will sure defend

 

For salvation He will appoint

His presence will anoint

He be as strong walls and defence

Unto His people hence

 

Open gates of the city, know

Righteous nation may so

Enter in, it the truth does keep

And is as faithful sheep

 

You will keep them in perfect peace

Whose mind stays on you, cease

Then worries, fears, for trust such do

In the LORD God anew

 

Trust in the LORD for evermore

For in JEHOVAH sure

Is everlasting strength, and He

The Rock of Ages be
