Reflections on ecstasy

RDS

Spirit, dancing with your body
my heart sings of your memory
a chasm filled to overflowing.
Rolling in love tumbling without falling, landing and taking off again.
Tender hands touching skin.
Soothing, holding, healing and enchanting in a single silken stroke.
A sense of belonging leads to curious abandon.
Feeling infinite bliss swell in every kiss.
Rising passions like an endless wave of movement flowing to the shore on which it will be broken.
An explosion of rainbow colours dripping sunshine, cascading and subsiding.
Contentment that feels complete.
No need of another heartbeat.

Thank you! Luckily for me she loves poetry and I attempt to put her charms in verse. We both enjoy the mind and psyche so I wrote this (breaching the 1 poem a day rule!)

      EMMA
Wow, you can be like treasure found in every thought
Pleasure oscillating in every corner and region of my brain
A sensuous presence in every neuron
Ghostly desires in each dendrite connection
You're a hit of adrenalin and seratonin
      Neurotransmitting
      The blissful clouds floating around.
Passions pulsing in the moment and rhythms across time
      You're one of a kind

Thank you for those kind words and sentiments Goldfinch. I think it is in a poets power to love fiercely and fearlessly, however many times our hearts are broken. So I write these tokens of affection. Keep up the good work too!

Remind me perfectly of the experience on dmt and then that special time of year when the shrooms come and help with mother nature recipe!!

My top 10 of all time..
Thanks for taking me back on a ride!!

                • RDS

Nice, probably got a residual trace of dmt myself from a well-used youth. All the veils removed it looked good in colours reality can't match. The vividness is what I'm trying to add.
                  Stay creative!
                  J
