If Forever was but a day...

PoeticBiscuit

If forever was but a day,

We love today,

And die tomorrow.

I would always stay,

I’d eat the pain,

And drink the sorrow.

If we only had a single day,

Before we laid down in our grave,

Hand in hand I’ll confess I’m yours,

And love you till forever more.
