Sacred Breath

Sacred Breath

This sacred breath, my sacred eight

It comes and goes as it pleases

It cannot be captured or held hostage

I breathe it in and it comes in

I breathe It out and it goes out

Without my asking, and not by my permission

But, it comes back again and again

And we travel together tracing the rhythmatic unison of infinity

This sacred breath, my sacred eight

My greatest supporter

My loyal and kind constant companion

I breathe it in and it comes in

I breathe it out and it goes out

Without my asking, and not by my permission

But it comes back again and again

And we continue to retrace this rrhythmatic unison of infinity

This sacred breath, my secret eight

My greatest supporter

My loyal and kind companion

Never will it dessert me,  never will it leave me

One day with gentle kindness, it will take me to my One true Love

    Good write Carol.
I not got the hang of it though. I tried to save air by holding my breath for 24 hours one day. I didn't feel very well afterwards. Dunno why! (Note to self: Do shut up now Orchi. lol).
