Not sure what to write but I can tell you this, if you let others truly inspire you then there is no limit!
One day I'll learn this lesson and move to that place I know exists, I seen it in all my child!
No judgements, just adapting and content with nothing or everything that is!!
The hardest part of balance in this is no matter how many positive, Any negative at a vulnerable time will change the out come for life!
Good or bad, that's still up to us to decide. Both need feeding but also deep training! To see the power you have in one word or just the frequency of energy heard, life is not what we think but feel..
My emotions are what help me write as I learn to relax from fight or flight!
I hope today you do not wish!
You find the power to create that dish
For yesterday has been and gone
Today you are still my inspiration
You may not feel your best today
Please remember that's perfectly okay
The world is here just waiting for you
Never to leave like my spirit too!

- Comment from author about the poem: The start of this was inspired by unsub and the last two parts were inspired by sending two friends that as not in the best shape and I know the powerful people I first met are still in there! I get told many secrets that people just want to let go, I never knew how powerful this really was! Gifted with their trust I pass this message on to myself, theses magical woman and all souls that feel overwhelmed or lost! They keep my heart lighter than it was before, out of my darkness I give from the core!
