Searing red across my arms,
Ebbing in a painful calm,
My eyes are dry,
My throat is sore,
I block and bar every door,
See me drift into the night,
Become the stars and fade to light.

    ANGELA here ~ Good Morniing DEXTER ISED ~ Welcome to MPS it is a Proactive Site. *SELF HARM* sadly is very prevelant and sometimes can lead to death. WE all have problems growing up (Im 32 & now Happily Married to Brian 37) *SELF HARM* is not the ANSWER ! I work in a Hospital and a Church and Counsellors are available for Teens & Others with *Life Problems*.

      Thank you Angela for your concern, this was a poem I wrote a few years ago when I was struggling with various emotions but now feel like I'd like to share it.
