I LOVE ME

Shearonder1987

I love me I'm lovely I'm loving like angels be,

My heart is complete my aura my energy is peace,

The qualities the mentality the demeanor I release,

My mindset my intellect my understanding achieved,

The discernment the intelligence the knowledge will lead,

My brilliance my sharpness my ingenious exceeds,

My perception my cleverness my thinking like a queen,

The sophistication the finesse the expertise I breathe,

My skills my innocence my sincerity is sweet,

I'm lovable lovingly loyally loving me.

This red-on-black presentation is nearly unreadable.

Shearonder, Robert and Orchie are right, it is a little hard to read. But I like the content! Before we can spread love all around, we do have to love ourselves! Well penned!

Hi Shironder: Apologies, but I have to agree with them above: for me It's impossible to read.
But there's two commonalities which link all of us: we're all on the, er, mature side and male.
So perhaps you perceive your readership as young folk, female (who haven't complained) all with 20/20 Vision? 🙂

That love within you and within each of us must be spread to others and maybe one day the love of all will be the norm and the world will be a better place.

I thought it was necessary for the contrast and color selection! Damn. Second poem I've read from you. This poem goes hard!! I enjoy the different ways I keep reading it. The build up is genius!! Thank you for sharing. Guess I'll go on to the third now.
