The Dreamer

TheLovers

I took a walk that dreary night the sky was grey with drizzle

And to my surprise I saw standing there a man with hair a frizzle

He said to me come on in out there its rather drab

And within his shop many a wonder my attention they did grab

The greatest sight in there I saw a machine a many colour

And on its head a hat I spied adorned with quite a feather

It roared to life and looked at me its eyes a bright with power

And through a voice thick with grease it grinned,

‘hello, I am the dreamer’
