Short & Sweet as life should be

Poetic Dan

Looking for no answer in a pot of ideas

With the same outlook that got me here

Life is for the emotional rush of tears

To help wash away any inner fear

Nothing is lost when the illusion is clear

Minds do matter if the heart can hear

Between the beats and the silence

We all become aware of guidance

First class reflections on life where minds matter if hearts hear -- I love the fun-faced family picture - and the inspirational rhyming too - thanks Dan for sharing it with us.

Yep, it was only ment to be that but I must truly be in a place of lasting when most thoughts come like this..

Always a pleasure and thankful for your time!

'Between the beats and the silence
We all become aware of guidance'
sublime demonstration of insightful poetry my friend, what a talent you've been gifted, keep that faith - in yourself, refreshed:
      'may that pen
      never cease
      while your pulsed beat, drums
      proud - to the melody
      of your life's symphony...
      a great write!

Ha, always such a pleasure to get your reflection to truly see i made a connection...

Superbly replied as always my friend, let it flow

      • dusk arising

        conversation between two old pals
'What happened to your blues mate'
..... 'I became a poet and wrote them out of my life'

Your inner god gave you the guidance, it's served you well.

I properly laughed out loud with that comment as the back and forth over the years had truly given me trust in your wisdom of just being true to yourself!

I actually thought of a line this morning that did this is not a new leaf is just who I was ment to be...

          Think I'll carry it on...

Only blues I see now if in the sky

I heard life was a play and the one we call God plays all the parts.. Why not? Make it up as you go along.. isn't that what life is? We are forever improvising aren't we?
