Here we go again I say
Here we go another day
We can not stop or pause our day but all we know is it will replay
Were up not out but in we watch tv again again
We maybe read a book or two or may do a crossword clue
We call a friend or family member
Well that's if we can remember
Its breakfast, lunch and tea time soon
Oh look it a full moon and now it's off to bed I say
To start another groundhog day.

Each day may be the same but we get through them knowing that there will always be tomorrow and that tomorrow will be wonderful

Hi sorry about not always leaving a comment but I do always read others poems hopefully to inspire me as being new at this I find maybe my words are a little too simple and I read such in depth poetry with some I'd admit go a little over my head but I still find others writing so interesting and inspiring. I just must remember to leave my comment even if only a thankyou for letting me read there words. Thankyou for giving me a little reminder.
When first I came to MPS i read everything. There were always styles of writing I admired and began to take on board the craft embroidered into the work i was reading. I was learning about poetry and self expression in so many ways here on MPS. Being here has improved my output so very much and the encouragement provided by others in their comments is always a boost to strive for the heights. Of course commenting is a two way street and i have made friendships and appreciations through this. A good deal of friendly leg pulling and mockery (I mock the religious preacher types quite openly - though some have banned me from future commenting) goes on too.

Wow yeah this is a superb poem on the routine and replay of life, its nitty gritty and all. You expressed that in a fab way even if in a wry sigh so poetically. Kudos!!
