Satori
As I sit and watch you
Re-arrange your winter shawl
I wonder where have all the warm tones gone
Then skipped a bead and suddenly
Arrived at the conclusion, I spend far too long
On these old temple steps, dreaming of your little harbour ..

Couldn't leave her essence alone?
A clear picture in very few words, Neville.
tis the faint trace of her very essence carried on the wind when blown across the fields from West Bay and the little harbour there that keep me going on days such as this ... thank you for dropping in sir ...
You, Sire are more than welcome. Many thanks for sharing your olfactory experience in such rich detail.
Coooeeee! Should I meet her?! lol.
.......................................... Who knows, maybe if you do, you would enlighten me ..............
WOW! That is powerful pal.
........................................... Thank you Jerry and true ... a much appreciated visit sir ...
Sadness fills the mind when scenes you had to leave behind burst from these winsome lines dear friend. Surely a sad read to read again.
Thank you so bloomin much for checking out this latest scribble my dear Fay .. as always so very much appreciated ....
Kensho brings wherever it will take. For to see that which is before us requires our past.
You have captured here the very essence of Ken and for that alone, I thank you DA since you have looked beyond just the here and now.......... Neville
Strong words Neville.
Andy

..................... Neville
Wether it be cold days or nights
Wether, just a feeling in the heart
When loneliness takes a sip of life
Dreams, daydreams keeps us warm
Such as your words
............................. very kind my friend and much appreciated.. thank you ..
Neville
a beautiful dedication,
as always so subtle in tone, just a gentle nudge within words, to tip us readers into that realm of contemplation and contentedness, for those few cherished elements - that mean everything in our lives..
a great write my friend, like a deep inhale of poetic satisfaction, distilled - into just two stanzas
.. I just can not thank you enough my friend for your most encouraging response to my latest scribble, but the cheque is in the post ........... Cheers L.B ...
