Relationships

Merissa

Relationships are hard.

They tear you apart

yet make you feel whole.

They tell you their secrets.

They tell you their soul.

They rip your heart out

and stick it on a pole.

They cause such a stirring.

They let you be strong.

But they hurt in the end

And turn right into wrong.

very pessimistic but well-expressed, Merissa. It flows naturally and both tune and tone sound at peace with the meaning...

I'm a pessimistic person. If you look at the rest of my poems it's quite obvious. Very few of them are positive. Lol

I enjoy pessimistic poems most. Very thoughtful I loved it. X

You said it well Merissa, relationships can be very contradictive but also beautiful.

Relationships can be that way until you find the right one.
