Unless we are hungry, cold, Dehydrated or in Immediate danger
There should be no pit for none of us are strangers
Projections from our Imagination or previous experience
We all put a foot in to begin this dance of communication
To leave grief from the past and anxiety from the future
We must all learn that together the key is inside us
As no moment lasts forever and each one a reminder
To let go of the beliefs that will inevitably bind us
Finding vulnerabilities with acceptance to an incomprehensible purpose
We all teach and get taught but many suffer in silence
Never to leave the void of uncomfortable reliance
Unable to turn the unknown into something we can rely on

Like I just wrote above I wish I had more time as you really do help reinforce my mind. This came to me because many of my clients are to afraid to take that step and I wrote to help me stop my judgements to remain as natural as I can...
