Love like a Song

Neville

Love like a Song

Love like a fine song sung

Listen ..

Let it whisper

Let it rise and fall

Lark like and gentle ..

Soft upon

The ears, the hearts and

Very souls

Of each and every

Single one

Who might then choose

To pause, tune in and listen ..

Good write Neville. I'll be OK meeting gals such as these. It don't seen swoony, in the sense that Fido tries to save me from certain swoons! lol.

......... that'll do nicely .. Neva say no Nancy say's thanks for the tip .... and she'll pop around again later when Fido's having a kip ............... 🙂

If he don't sleep, I'll have to put Fido out the back yard for a while. I will never get much 'excitement' otherwise. I won't be cruel and lock him in the shed though! lol.

Most of music is love songs, except country. If you play a country song backwards,,,,,,,,, You get either your girl back, your truck back, or your dog back, (sorry),- Perhaps if people listened carefully to music and lyrics lessons could be learned. Maybe a greater understanding of each other would be the reward. - Phil A.

I hear there are certain risks to playing country music backwards .. for instance, if you try to dance to it backwards there's a good chance ya might just get ya bad back back .. Cheers MF27 .. Hope you are both safe n well sir ......

                  Beautifully written!

                  Love like a wind chime
                  Let it enchant your soul
                  Let it’s music resonates
                  and kiss your very soul
                  Let the winds of love
                  Make you feel whole

Thank you kindly! Been on another writing app! Commaful ! But I peek in once in awhile, wondering
what happened to Angela , Smokey the cat, and hubby! They have not been on since Christmas!

                      Glad you’re doing well!
