Strike 7

haydenraquel

I knew my soul was too soft

But I always gravitated to what could destroy me

Call it self destruction or call it rebellion

But a part of me still hoped I could find love here

Only to once again be faced with the haunting realization that I was still alone

Even in your arms

You liked the wild

My tameness grew boring to you

Youre desire to be free-to be man

Left you wild and alone

'Tameness' does not have to be boring, au contraire, it can be a perfect balance to a 'wild' spirit. If he left, his loss!

Love can be found in many forms and I am sure that one day true love will be with you.
