A Love Stillborn

everlong

My mind became a flutter

When I heard her speak

I got so lost in those eyes

My whole body grew weak

She's just so beautiful

I can't believe that smile

Those cute rosy cheeks

Making me feel so juvenile

Even when she walked away

I was hit with fiery hair

I know I've fallen in love

Though I really shouldn't dare

She's already found her man

And I'm happy, yet torn

I've never felt so down

By a love stillborn

That love can be so profound sometimes everlong.
