Blossoming flowers grow in the springtime, they remind me of us when we too would grow.
Each and every-time our bellies pained of laughter, a plant would gain a petal,
and just like that we decided this garden that flourished wasn’t worth while to care for.
The once lively beauty of life that so easily bloomed in health, slowly withered to a lifeless colorless dull. That, we both pretended was beauty; which indeed was more so a tragic truth,
We stopped growing when I was too busy to water your soil,
We stopped growing when you poisoned my roots.
