Tune: Coelites Plaudant
('Christ the fair glory of the holy angels')
1 Timothy 1 v.14-17
*********
In our salvation the grace of our Lord be
Exceeding abundant with faith and love, see
It be in Christ Jesus, Saviour to us shown
Here His presence now known
This is a faithful saying and is worthy
Of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus did He
Come into the world to save sinners lie me
Of whom I the chief be
So says Paul, yet if we sinners great or no
May obtain mercy, that Jesus Christ may show
Through us all longsuffering, patiently to bear
Wih us salvation share
It a pattern for them which should hereafter
Believe on Him to life everlasting, for
He the King eternal, immortal, unseen
By faith's eye perceived keen
Adn He the only wise God, to Him be praise
Honour and glory for ever, ever raise
His salvation endures, all generations
Come to him all nations

Orchie, you made my day. I guess there still is some hope for me too!
Thanks Fred. Why, yes (heehee) - for all of us!
