of Insomnia

L. B. Mek

Notice of absence from L. B. Mek
'fare ye well' kind friends

Oldest friend, you’ve come to visit again

I hear business is enticingly dreary

you must be so busy

tell me, what nightmare you bring or rather

which, of my foreshadowing’s fears

delivered you to me

procrastinating to overcome

futile Ennui

I must have triggered your envy

to find myself: despairing

at Anxiety’s

callous grip, once again.

Some friends bring problems but so many bring joy in these strange times.

I felt this one as many nights in unable to stop the old friend. Always best to get writing then!

        right?
either you pen a new favourite or tire yourself out trying..
thanks for the wise advise my friend

I've never not written in the moment of the episode or the aftermath that won't let it go! Nothing better than that favourite button, like a soul reset...

          Much peace and respect
