Fragments

rebmasters

The first time you smiled at me and

everything lit up electric

blue blue blue, alive, on fire.

Fingertips brushing as we passed

& got drunk, high, smouldering ash falling.

Looking into your blissful blue eyes &

laughing laughing.

What a stupendous sight

sighs

What a sweet spectacle

entranced.

That's when it's magic &

everything's decided in a minute.

Connection, feeling, your heartbeat.

Hugging you tight and a moment

that could've been and almost was.

Stumbling down steps, tripping, falling & laughing.

Having to walk out of your luscious light.

Moments that should last forever,

instead of endless dark days without you.

Thinking of you gives me something to do.

May those thoughts become reality in time.
