Observations # 61

Andrew Charles Forrest

Observations # 61

The clock’s only stopped when you need the time

The stapler’s only empty when you need one

We only miss the things that we cannot find

Like all the things I want to say now you are gone

Very true words Andrew, especially the last line.

    yup, that belated realisation
when we're all gifted with limitless words
    of wholehearted eloquence, only
those we need to hear us, are nowhere
to be found, so as-one we - look up, to the clouds
and whisper: all - that we hoped to convey
    in that stuttering - goodbye
of our love's - final, surrender..
(such a poignant read, thanks for sharing)
