Revealed.
Midnight,
sipping on anger uncorks feelings.
Hours of un-watered thirst for reasons shows
raw rancour revealed.
Misused,
bottled solitude births nostalgia.
Caught in a clasp of blighted self pity writhes
abject unbalance.
Blinded,
growing perception of truth berates.
Choices clear pathways to calm's dimension
as sense re-awakes.
Fruited,
newly maturing view reaps candour.
Seeds that tear-sieved grow sweeter acceptance
as thought over-plants.
Midnight,
sipping on insight uncorks spirit.
Time of relentless quiet lets light seep undiluted
thru' dark resistance.

The frailty of our human condition reveals itself when emotions gain the upper hand. The learned side of our condition allows the comfort of tears to flow releasing the balm of acceptance and continuity. The beauty of our condition is revealed in the poetry of life such as falls from your pen here.
Did you get to sleep after this fine write Fay?!

Unmistakably mistress Slimm a real poets poem revealed ... x
It is always a pleasure to read your poems Fay.
Sometimes when sleep evades us those hard wrought problems just seem to come into our minds and prevent sleep from coming. Good words Fay.

'Misused
ill-fated, wishful diagnosis of forged entropy excuses
As mirrors to our shame-enveloped, belated realisations
rendering all happenstance, to Nature's divine intervention
